H.I.T. Training is a fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, aerobic exercise, calisthenics, and functional movements. It focuses on improving general physical fitness and overall health.
Our H.I.T. workouts, often referred to as “WODs” (Workouts of the Day), vary from day to day and can include a wide range of exercises, such as lifting weights, running, rowing, gymnastics, and bodyweight movements like push-ups and pull-ups.

Knoxville’s Olympic Weightlifting Hub, is a 3,000 sq ft weight room designed by Team USA Olympian Wes Kitts and was built to accommodate his training for the Paris Olympics.
